Are you a False Prophet? : The Diary Of A Prophetess

Are you a False Prophet?

by Lenora Sarver on 01/28/11

It is sad to see all these Prophetic websites screaming for you to plant a love seed first and then you will get your prophecy. We are to have confidence in the gospel, but are these prophets so confident that God will back the words they prophecy each and every time, that they may wrongly charge people ahead of time? Wouldn't one be entitled to test the fruit of the Prophet first and THEN if God directs them, make a donation? These so called Prophets have it all wrong!Yes I am stating in this blog today that if you are a prophet asking for money upfront then YOU ARE FALSE!A true Prophet lets God take care of their needs,a true Prophet lets God put the matter on the seeker's heart to give if that be the case. There are many ways to give, look at my own donation page. From here on out,if a Prophet requests money BEFORE they give you a prophecy,KEEP SEARCHING!Do not waste your time or money on FALSE PROPHETS any longer!Offended?Email me

Be careful who you call a False Prophet. Maybe that's they way God's providing for their ministry. Look at your network, Just because they're giving away Free porphecies doeesn't mean they are true prophets. Test the SPIRT! 1 John 4

Have you tested the Spirit Of Gail Pyles? She has falsely prophesy more than once because of her judgemental condeming religious spirit. (kinda like the OLD BAPTISTS) YES, I tested her Spirit, urs, David's & many others. Warning to you Lenora; Be careful who you associate yourself with. God has apointed, anointed and given insight. Use the Spirit of Discernment so you will continue to be free from religious spirits. You are young in the Lord but I see in a vision of patches bandages on your body that are being removed. I see a bandage on ur back left hip, in ur kidney area being removed. What once was a scar on the flesh... no one can tell because the scars are gone. I even see some markings being removed. Left upper shoulder, two in the front, near ur love handles. Be blessed sister. U'll know me by my Spirit..... God's Ninja

This is to the 1st comment.Never will God use a false prophet to advance the kingdom. If a false prophet is used, you can believe the ministry that uses them will excel into their own destruction.Yes,you are right to test the spirit, and I have done my research before I made this post.I think it is absurd for someone to have to pay for a false prophet to tell them lies and not even receive true help! The first thing I look at as I do a free prophecy is "Why are they contacting me to hear God?" and "What is blocking them from being able to seek God,hear his voice for themselves?".These are questions that I am asking God on their behalf. We should all be able to seek God first before we seek man.God bless you!

I've paid for prophesies and they were right on. Ever since the 1st time, they've always spoke truth into my life. I don't mind supporting a ministry =) They gotta pay the light bills too. Getting free stuff doesn't always mean quality. Can't stand those free McD's toys!

How wonderful to find a ministry that does not pimp God's gifts and his word for money! There are too many balaam type ministries all over the internet and on TBN. Why would the Holy Spirit stay in a ministry that is pimping his free gifts for money? There are usually spirits of divination/familiar spirits in those false ministries. Our highest ministry example will always be Jesus Christ, and He worked as a carpenter while His entire ministry was FREE (including healing, prophecy, counselling, and teaching). God bless you!

@ Jane False prophets can also give an accurate account of what is happening by using familiar spirits/divination. Look at the example of the servant girl in Acts 16 v16-18: 16And it came to pass, as we went to prayer, a certain damsel possessed with a spirit of divination met us, which brought her masters much gain by soothsaying: 17The same followed Paul and us, and cried, saying, These men are the servants of the most high God, which shew unto us the way of salvation. 18And this did she many days. But Paul, being grieved, turned and said to the spirit, I command thee in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her. And he came out the same hour.
